We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from us... so if for any reason you are not entirely happy with a product, it can be returned for an immediate refund*

In the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your product we need to hear about it, so we can make it right for you and do our best to prevent this from happening again. Please email us within 14 days of receipt at returns@barerraband.com with your order number, item, and reason you wish to return (you do not need to give a reason if you don’t want to). We will get back to you with a return number and instructions for return. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving instructions from us.

Any items being returned for a refund must be in their original unused undamaged condition.

*The following items are excluded from our return guarantee: CDs once they have been opened from their cellophane wrapping & personalized items.

Any items (including CDs and personalized items) which are received damaged will be exchanged free of charge. Please email us (returns@barerraband.com) as soon as possible to report the problem, and in any event within 2 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for the replacement of the item.
